We follow the principle of data minimization, that is, we only request the data strictly necessary to establish a relationship with the data holder, namely:

  • Payment and financial information: name, address and tax number;

Any other personal data voluntarily submitted by the user will not be considered for processing.

However, service providers indispensable to SHELLTER’s activity may access your data, namely the accounting service provider and the IT assistance service provider, which ensures the protection of the information retained by the company within the scope of its activity. In addition to complying with SHELLTER’s guidelines in accessing, processing and protecting data, these service providers also comply with the GDPR.

Additionally, we may transmit your data to other entities involved in the different activities we provide. In this context, whenever a contractual relationship is established, SHELLTER informs the holder which entities may have access to their personal data.

Additionally, the personal data of holders who have expressed their consent to receive marketing communications will be stored on RGPD-compliant email marketing platforms.

 

Data conservation

The collected data is kept for the strictly necessary period.

In the context of pre-contractual relationships, if they have not given rise to a sale, the personal data will be deleted six months after the date of the last communication between the parties.

In the case of commercial relationships, personal data will be kept for the duration of the service provided by SHELLTER, and some of them may be kept for longer periods in order to comply with legal obligations, as is the case with accounting data.
